The lack of raw materials for the production of fish products and also the embargo on import plus being in distance of the main Russian fish regions and other industry problems had caused the increase in prices for fish products, which limited consumer availability. At the same time, fish products are an essential part of the food ration especially in the last period of life because people prefer to follow healthy lifestyle. To help manufacturers of fish products to provide the market with high-quality products with reasonable price - this is the major goal of our Research and development. The food ingredients of our company for the fish processing industry are developed for all types of products: fish and seafood preserves, salted and smoked fish, frozen fish and frozen semi-finished products, surimi, pastes and sausages. They are able to influence the color and consistency of products, impart the desired taste and aroma, improve the molding, extend shelf life and reduce production costs.
